Shure BLX88

The BLX88 is a dual-channel desktop receiver that runs two BLX wireless mics from a single box, ideal for a pair of vocalists or a presenter-plus-guest setup. Microprocessor-controlled internal antenna diversity picks the stronger of two internal antennas moment to moment to guard against dropouts, and one-touch QuickScan finds an open frequency without guesswork.

Each channel offers XLR and 1/4-inch outputs to feed a mixer or powered speaker, and the receiver reaches up to 300 ft line of sight with a compatible BLX transmitter. It anchors a two-channel BLX system built from any mix of handheld and bodypack transmitters in the same frequency band.
