Shure BLX1288/P31 Combo System

The BLX1288/P31 is a two-channel combo wireless system that pairs a handheld and a headset mic on a single receiver, a common need for a presenter who wants a wireless mic in hand and a hands-free headset for the same event. A BLX88 dual-channel receiver anchors it, running a BLX2/PG58 handheld transmitter with the PG58 cardioid dynamic vocal mic on one channel and a BLX1 bodypack feeding the PGA31 cardioid condenser headset on the other. Both cardioid mics reject off-axis noise for solid gain before feedback on a live stage.

Setup stays simple: one-touch QuickScan finds a clean frequency, and internal antenna diversity holds the link over a range up to 300 feet line of sight. Each transmitter runs up to 14 hours on a pair of AA batteries. The system ships complete with the BLX88 receiver, BLX1 bodypack, PGA31 headset with windscreen, BLX2/PG58 handheld, a microphone clip, PS23US power supply, and four AA batteries.
