Lewitt LCT 441 FLEX Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone
The LCT 441 FLEX gives one microphone eight polar patterns: omni, wide cardioid, cardioid, supercardioid, figure-8, plus reverse cardioid, reverse wide cardioid, and reverse supercardioid. The reverse patterns point the pickup out the back of the body, which is useful when the stand has to sit in front of the source or when you want to null a monitor without moving the mic.
The capsule reaches 144 dBSPL at 0.5% THD with 7 dB(A) of self noise, giving a 137 dB(A) dynamic range that covers close-miked drums as readily as quiet acoustic sources. Output is a 54 ohm internal impedance on a gold-plated 3-pin XLR. Shock mount, magnetic pop filter, foam windscreen, and transport bag are in the box.
