Lewitt MTP 350 CM Handheld Cardioid Condenser Vocal Microphone
The MTP 350 CM is a handheld condenser aimed at lead vocals on a loud stage. The permanently polarized cardioid capsule takes 141 dB before 1% THD, so a singer working right on the grille stays clean, and the 3.1 mV/Pa sensitivity gives a condenser's detail rather than the rolled-off top of a typical stage dynamic.
It runs on 48 V phantom at 5.3 mA out of a gold-plated 3-pin XLR, and the 200 ohm output drives long snake runs without trouble. Two versions are available and priced the same: the MTP 350 CM with no switch for houses that do not want performers touching anything, and the MTP 350 CMs with an on-body switch. Both ship with a clip, windscreen, and transport bag.
