Lewitt MTP W950 Handheld True Condenser Microphone
The MTP W950 puts a full 1-inch, externally polarized true condenser capsule into a handheld body, aiming for studio-grade tone on a stage where most vocalists carry a dynamic instead. The capsule detaches on standard threading, so the same head runs wired on XLR or drops straight into a wireless handheld transmitter.
A cupping-safe design keeps tone consistent even when a performer grips the grille, and dual-layer protection cuts plosives, moisture, and wind noise before they reach the diaphragm. Rear rejection reaches roughly 90 percent to keep monitor bleed and stage noise out of the capsule, with switchable cardioid and supercardioid patterns, a -12 dB pad, and a 120 Hz low-cut filter on board. It runs on 48V phantom power and ships with a transport case, mic clip, and windscreen.
