DPA Microphones DPA 5015A Surround Kit with Five Matched 4015A Microphones

The 5015A is the wide-cardioid version of DPA's five-microphone surround set. Wide cardioids give an array some directional separation between channels while keeping the low-end extension and the open sound of a near-omni, which is the usual compromise for a surround rig in a hall that would swamp five true omnis.

The five microphones are selected as a set and ship with holders, windscreens and a Peli case. Each is an MMC4015 capsule on an MMP-A preamp.
