DPA Microphones DPA 6066 CORE Subminiature Omnidirectional Headset Microphone
The 6066 puts the same 3 mm subminiature capsule used in the 6061 on a dual-ear headset frame. The boom is thin enough to disappear against skin at a few metres, which is why it turns up on musical theatre productions and on presenters who have to be on camera all day. It is a loud-SPL omni, so a singer can work it hard without the capsule giving up.
Three flesh and hair tones are stocked - black, beige and brown - and the termination is chosen at order time. MicroDot keeps the mic modular for use with DPA DAD adapters; the 3-pin LEMO, TA4F mini-XLR and mini-jack versions are factory-wired for Sennheiser, Shure and mini-jack bodypacks. Order the termination that matches your transmitters.
