Crestron MP-WP152 Media Presentation Wall Plate, HDMI

The MP-WP152 is the single-HDMI wall plate in the Crestron Media Presentation range. It uses a bulkhead feed-through connector, so the rear presents a female HDMI socket and the run behind the wall terminates in an ordinary HDMI cable rather than a field-terminated connector. The front connection is gold plated.

It passes HD and UHD signals up to 4K60 4:2:0 and 4K30 4:4:4 on 10.2 Gbps TMDS bandwidth, and carries 7.1 digital surround sound. The plate mounts in a 1-gang electrical box, which is not included and wants a 3.5 in deep box or plaster ring since some cables and connectors need the extra depth, and it gangs for custom wall, lectern and rack mount assemblies. A decorator-style faceplate is ordered separately.
