Crestron MP-WP-2RCAO-1G Media Presentation Wall Plate, RCA, 1-Gang

The MP-WP-2RCAO-1G puts two unbalanced RCA connections at the wall in a single gang, with pass-through ports rather than terminated jacks so an ordinary RCA cable lands on the back. Behind the plate a 6-pin 3.5 mm detachable terminal block carries two balanced line-level connections, pins 1-3 for the first and pins 4-6 for the second, which is what lets a consumer-format source or destination join a balanced system cleanly.

The plate mounts three ways: in a 1-gang U.S. electrical box or plaster ring with 3.5 in depth recommended, on rack rail, or on a flat surface with the included mounting bracket, which covers lecterns and credenzas as well as walls. Direction is set by the installation, so the same plate serves as an input or an output point. An FP-G1 decorative faceplate is required and sold separately.
