Crestron HD-TX-4KZ-201 DM Essentials 4K60 Transmitter and 2x1 Auto-Switcher

The HD-TX-4KZ-201 is a DM Essentials 4K60 4:4:4 transmitter with two HDMI inputs and automatic switching between them, feeding a DM Essentials receiver or DMPS Essentials switcher over one twisted pair. Two inputs cover the usual table: a resident PC and a guest laptop, with whichever is live going to the display.

Use CAT5e or better (Crestron DM-CBL-8G or DM-CBL-ULTRA, sold separately). Runs reach 230 ft (70 m) at 1080p, WUXGA and 2K, and 130 ft (40 m) at UHD and 4K.
