Whirlwind SR Series Strain Relief Grips Cable Strain Relief Grip

These are heavy duty three-piece wire mesh grips for mounting multipair cable to a steel box. A mesh grip tightens its hold as the cable is pulled, so the weight of a 100 ft multipair hangs on the box rather than on the terminations inside it.

Three sizes cover the common cable diameters. The SR-1/2 takes 0.37 to 0.54 in. cable through a 0.813 in. punch, the SR-3/4 takes 0.45 to 0.73 in. through a 1.063 in. punch, and the SR-1 takes 0.73 to 0.97 in. through a 1.313 in. punch.
