Whirlwind TLC Line Cord Tester Battery Powered Continuity Tester

The TLC, for Tester Line Cord, is a dedicated test device for Neutrik powerCON and TRUE1 three wire power cords. It is battery powered, which is the whole idea: it verifies a power cable without ever putting line voltage on it.

Each of the three conductors is tested for continuity, shorts and incorrect connections. Six red LEDs show correct wiring or the specific fault, and a rotary switch applies the test signal to one wire at a time so you can tell whether that conductor is properly connected at both ends.
