Vinten 3772-3 2-Stage Carbon Fibre ENG Pozi-Loc Tripod 100 mm

The 3772-3 is Vinten's two-stage carbon fibre ENG tripod on a 100 mm bowl. At 2.6 kg carrying up to 25 kg it is the weight-to-payload point that ENG work is built around, and the two stages give a 41.6 to 156.2 cm height range with a 71 cm transport length.

The Pozi-Loc cam clamps are what set it apart in use: a 90 degree turn from locked to free, low effort, with a toggle that shows at a glance the leg is clamped. The knob profile is shaped so camera cables cannot snag on it, and the carbon construction is laid up for torsional rigidity, which is what stops a hard pan springing back at the end of the move.
