The 3378-902SP is the set of carpet feet for Pozi-Loc tripods. They swap in for the standard feet and spread the load over a soft floor, so the tripod does not sink into carpet or mark a finished studio surface.

They also stop a leg creeping on a slick floor once the spreader is off. It is a straight set of accessory feet, no tools beyond what is already in the tripod's foot fitting.
