Universal Audio SC-1 Condenser Microphone with Hemisphere Modeling

The SC-1 is the large-diaphragm condenser in UA's Standard series, with an ultra-linear circuit, a 20 Hz to 20 kHz range and 135 dB maximum SPL before 1% THD.

Filter, proximity and axis controls are applied through the modeling software rather than as switches on the body, so the capture can be re-shaped after the take. Hemisphere mic modeling runs on a UA interface or in a DAW and reshapes the capture to match a set of classic microphones, so the same mic covers several jobs without swapping hardware.
