Universal Audio Sphere LX Modeling Microphone
The Sphere LX captures both sides of a dual-capsule element separately over a 5-pin XLR, and the Sphere plug-in reconstructs the microphone from that pair. That is what makes mic type, polar pattern and axis adjustable after tracking rather than before.
It handles 145 dB maximum SPL at 1% THD with a 10 dBA equivalent noise level, runs on standard 48V phantom at 3 mA per channel, and ships with a 10 foot breakout cable to two 3-pin XLR outputs.
