RCF NX 12-SMA Active Coaxial Stage Monitor

The NX 12-SMA is a 12-inch coaxial neodymium stage monitor, which is the point: a single acoustic source means the performer hears the same balance whether they are on the wedge or two steps off it. The Coaxial 1.0-inch neo, 1.75-inch voice coil compression driver sits on the woofer axis, giving a symmetrical 60° pattern with no lobing between the drivers.

A 1400 W Peak, 700 W RMS digital amplifier drives it, reaching 129 dB at one metre, and neodymium transducers keep the cabinet light enough to move around a stage repeatedly at 16.6 kg / 36.6 lbs. The rear panel switches between free-field and floor response so the same box works as a wedge or on a pole as a fill.
