RCF PLP 50EN Ceiling Speaker with Plastic Fire Dome

The PLP 50EN is the lightweight version of RCF's certified voice-alarm ceiling speaker, using a flameproof plastic back can in place of the PL 50EN's steel one. It weighs 1.46 lbs against the steel model's 2.98, which changes what the ceiling grid has to carry on a large install. It is EN 54-24 certified.

Ceramic input and output terminal blocks and a thermal fuse protect the line if fire reaches the speaker. Response is 130 Hz to 15 kHz at -10 dB with a wide 165 degree pattern, 93 dB sensitivity, and 101 dB max SPL at one meter. The 100 V transformer taps set per-speaker power at the terminal. Frame diameter is 175 mm.
