Martin Audio CDD12 12" Coaxial Installation Loudspeaker
The CDD12 is a compact 12-inch passive two-way install loudspeaker for jobs that need high output over medium-throw distances. Its Coaxial Differential Dispersion driver combines a 12" (300mm) low-frequency cone with a 1" exit compression driver on a single axis. Rather than a fixed conical pattern, the differential horn projects more energy to the back of the audience while staying wide close-up, so the front rows and the far seats hear a more even level in atriums, houses of worship and multi-purpose rooms.
It handles 300W AES (1200W peak) at 8 ohms, reaches 128dB peak at one metre and covers down to 62Hz, carrying full-range music without a subwoofer in most rooms. The coaxial horn is user-rotatable for 110-degree by 60-degree coverage in either orientation, and the composite enclosure terminates in a low-profile 20A push-lock connector. Finishes are black, white or a custom RAL colour.
