Martin Audio CDD8 8" Coaxial Installation Loudspeaker
The CDD8 is a compact 8-inch passive two-way install loudspeaker whose small cabinet hides a genuinely high output. Its Coaxial Differential Dispersion driver combines an 8" (200mm) low-frequency cone with a 1" exit compression driver on a single axis, and the differential horn steers more level to the back of the audience while staying wide up close for even coverage across the room. It works as a standalone box in a bar or cafe, or as infill alongside larger CDD models in a distributed system.
It handles 200W AES (800W peak) at 8 ohms and reaches 123dB peak at one metre, so it carries full-range music in most rooms without a subwoofer. The coaxial horn is user-rotatable for 110-degree by 60-degree coverage in either orientation, and the composite enclosure terminates in a low-profile 13A push-lock connector. Finishes are black, white or a custom RAL colour.
