The Movcam Sliding Dovetail Plate mounts under a Kinefinity camera cage and slides fore and aft on a standard dovetail baseplate, letting an operator rebalance the rig front-to-back as lenses and accessories change without swapping the plate itself. It is the kind of adjustment that matters most on longer, heavier PL glass where the balance point shifts well forward of the body.

It is built to the same dovetail standard used across Movcam's Kinefinity rigging line, so it drops onto existing tripod and gimbal plates without an adapter.
