JVC RM-LP250M Remote Controller
The RM-LP250M is an IP-based remote control unit for JVC CONNECTED CAM ENG and studio camcorders. It is the multi-camera version of the RM-LP250 panel: a single operator can shade and control up to three cameras from one surface, switching focus between them without leaving the desk. A crisp OLED window with large display tiles keeps the current camera and its settings clearly labeled, and eight RGB-backlit encoders make function identification quick under production lighting.
Control runs over Ethernet, with a 100 Mbps network interface and Auto-MDI/MDIX, so the panel drops into an existing facility network. A wheel-style iris controller and programmable joystick handle the hands-on shading, while eight user buttons cover recall and setup. The unit accepts DC 12V or PoE (IEEE 802.3af) power, and connects through RJ-45, a DB9 EXT I/O port and USB 2.0 for firmware updates. It works with the GY-HC900 series and, after a camera firmware update, the GY-HC500 and GY-HC550.
