JVC RM-LP250S Remote Controller (Demo)

The RM-LP250S is the single-camera version of JVC's IP-based remote control unit for CONNECTED CAM ENG and studio camcorders. It gives an operator full hands-on shading of one camera from a compact desk panel: a programmable joystick and dial handle iris and picture adjustments, while an OLED window keeps the camera name and its live settings in view. Eight user buttons and eight RGB-backlit encoders make it easy to identify functions and recall setups quickly.

Everything travels over Ethernet, with a 100 Mbps network interface and Auto-MDI/MDIX, so the panel joins an existing production network without extra gear. It accepts DC 12V or PoE (IEEE 802.3af) power and connects through RJ-45, a DB9 EXT I/O port and USB 2.0 for firmware updates. This is a demo unit backed by a JVC 1-year warranty, and it works with the GY-HC900 series and, after a camera firmware update, the GY-HC500 and GY-HC550.
