Clear-Com MS-7044-Channel Main Station
The MS-704 is the four-channel main station at the center of Clear-Com's 704-series partyline, the most capable analog intercom the company builds. In a 2RU chassis it gives a production communicator simultaneous access to all four channels through programmable front-panel buttons, individual per-channel volume controls, a built-in speaker, and visual and audible call signaling. As the main station it powers the line and links the whole system together.
Its panel microphone input takes an electret with a mic limiter, and the headset input accepts a dynamic mic, so an operator can work by gooseneck or headset. A single MS-704 supports up to 55 beltpacks or 10 speaker stations across four channels, offers three interruptible IFB channels, and protects each channel with automatic short-circuit protection and reset. A regulated fail-safe power supply on a universal 100-240V AC input keeps the line up.
