Clear-Com RS-702Two Channel Beltpack

The RS-702 is a two-channel beltpack for Clear-Com's Encore analog party-line intercom. Power and both audio channels ride a single six-pin XLR line connector, so one cable ties the pack into the system and daisy-chains to the next position. Its shaped frequency contour and low-noise, high-headroom audio deliver the clear, intelligible 'Clear-Com Sound' the party-line standard is built on.

A mic preamp with 130 dB of dynamic range carries voices cleanly from a whisper to a shout, while low operating current lets more beltpacks share a single daisy-chain. Recessed rotary volume controls and guarded Talk and Call keys protect against accidental activation on a busy set. A 4-pin male XLR headset connector accepts standard Clear-Com headsets.
