Clear-Com AC80 Battery Charger

The AC80 is the drop-in charger for BAT80 lithium-ion packs, the batteries that power FreeSpeak Edge FSE-BP50 and FreeSpeak Icon FSIC-BP19 beltpacks. Batteries seat directly into the bay without a cable or a caddy, which is what keeps a battery rotation moving during a show rather than after it.

Keeping a charger at the crew room and a second at the production position is the usual arrangement, since an Edge or Icon pack runs 12 to 18 hours and a two-show day will cross that. Beltpacks can also take a local USB charge when a charger is not to hand, but the drop-in bay is the faster path back to a full pack.
