Chauvet DJ Hurricane 1000 Fog Machine

The Hurricane 1000 is Chauvet DJ's compact entry-level fogger, built for mobile DJs and small stages where the machine has to be light enough to carry in with the rest of the rig. It puts out 10,000 cfm from an 805W heater and is ready to run about two minutes after power-up. Always Ready technology keeps the heating block hot between bursts, so fog fires on cue instead of after a warm-up delay, and an LED-illuminated tank makes the fluid level easy to read in a dark room.

Control is wired or wireless through Chauvet's optional FC-T and WMS remotes, and the unit runs on either 120V, 60 Hz or 230V, 50 Hz power for touring flexibility. The 0.26-gallon tank uses about 20 ml of fluid per minute, and the whole machine weighs just 5.8 lb, making it easy to mount on a stand or tuck into a gear bag between gigs.
