Chauvet DJ Gobo Zoom 2

Gobo Zoom 2 is the high-output custom gobo projector in the Chauvet DJ range, running a 70 W cool white LED for 2,894 lumens. That is enough to hold a logo on a wall in a room where the house lights are still up, which is where smaller projectors give up.

The manual rotation knob is the detail worth knowing: a gobo can be indexed to the right angle without removing it from the fixture, so a crooked monogram gets fixed in seconds rather than by pulling the gobo holder. Manual zoom covers short and long throws, giving 8,030 lux at 2 m at 21 degrees or 2,660 lux at 38 degrees. Ten holiday gobos are included. It takes one DMX channel over 3-pin XLR, most functions are reachable from the optional IRC-6 remote, and 7 units power link at 120 V.
