Blackmagic BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 12G Micro Converter

The Blackmagic BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 12G Micro Converter turns SDI into HDMI and HDMI into SDI at the same time, in any combination of SD, HD or Ultra HD formats. That dual-direction design means one small box can feed an SDI monitor from an HDMI source while simultaneously sending an SDI camera to an HDMI display, without a second converter. The 12G-SDI input accepts everything up to Ultra HD, and the SDI output automatically matches the incoming HDMI video.

Both HDMI connectors are full-size Type A, so consumer and prosumer gear connects directly. The unit ships with its own power supply. Housed in a compact machined shell, it slots into a rack panel, tucks behind a monitor or rides on a camera rig where a bidirectional bridge between SDI and HDMI is needed.
