Blackmagic HDMI to SDI 3G Micro Converter

The Blackmagic HDMI to SDI 3G Micro Converter connects HDMI cameras and computers to professional SDI equipment, converting an HDMI source to SD, HD or 3G-SDI. It is a small, low-cost way to get a consumer or prosumer HDMI signal onto SDI infrastructure and down long cable runs that HDMI cannot handle.

Two SDI outputs carry the converted signal and automatically match the incoming HDMI video, so one HDMI source can feed two SDI destinations. The HDMI input is a full-size Type A connector, and the unit ships with its own power supply. Its compact machined body mounts behind a display, on a camera rig or inside a rack panel.
