EZ-Stick Pro tabs are the no-mess way to put Auralex foam on a surface. Each tab is double-sided with a paper release liner on both faces: peel one side, press it to the back of the panel near an outside edge, peel the other, and set the panel on the wall. The bond is instant and permanent, there is nothing to mix or spray, and no tools are needed, which makes them the practical choice for ceilings and for rooms you cannot ventilate for an aerosol adhesive.

Prep matters more than technique here. Mark the panel position first, wipe the wall contact points with isopropyl or denatured alcohol and let them dry, and skip household cleaners entirely, because their surfactants attack the adhesive. Apply firm pressure for a full 30 seconds on each tab so it keys into the foam. Twenty-four tabs ship per pack.
