Auralex ProPanel Impaling Clips

Impaling clips ship as standard hardware with Auralex ProPanel wall panels, and this is how you buy spares or extras. Each clip screws to the wall with ordinary drywall screws, then the panel presses onto the exposed prongs, so a panel goes up in seconds and comes down just as fast. Clips alone are enough in low-traffic rooms or wherever the treatment has to be temporary; pair them with Tubetak Pro adhesive when the panel is staying put for good.

Four geometries are stocked. AFN is the standard flat plate, 1.5 in wide by 5 in long with two 1 in prongs. AF1 is the wider flat plate, 3 in by 4 in with four 1 in prongs, and is what Auralex traditionally packs with custom-sized ProPanels. AFS1 and AFS2 use the same 3 in by 4 in four-prong pattern on a raised plate that stands the panel 1 in or 2 in off the wall, which is the version to order when you want an air gap behind the panel for extra low-frequency absorption.
