Tightrope Cablecast CBL-LIVE-MULTI-800 Multi-Output Streaming Video Server

The Cablecast CBL-LIVE-MULTI-800 is a multi-channel live streaming server that encodes feeds to H.264 and delivers them as HLS adaptive bit-rate streams, giving a station several simultaneous internet channels from one appliance. Like the single-channel CBL-LIVE, it is integrated into Cablecast's user interface and internet channels, so live meetings and events are managed through the same system that runs scheduled playout.

The server comes licensed with two live streams and can be expanded to four using the CBL-VIO-LIVE-UPG add-on, one per additional stream. Each stream is controlled from within Cablecast and can be disabled on a per-show basis, and output resolution scales up to 1080p. It is built into a 2 RU whisper-quiet chassis, does not include rack rails, and pairs well with a VIO4+ to run three live streams. It ships with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, supported through June 2034, and includes a 3-year hardware warranty and system commissioning.
