Tightrope Cablecast CBL-PRO-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

This is the annual Hardware Assurance contract for the Cablecast Pro series, the SVR430 automation and scheduling servers that act as the brain of a Cablecast station. Hardware Assurance extends the server's hardware warranty and gives its repairs priority, so a failed automation server is serviced under coverage rather than leaving a station's playout, routing, and bulletin board without their controller.

Because a Cablecast Pro server schedules playout and drives the SX video servers, routing switchers, decks, and Carousel channels across the whole station, keeping it under coverage protects the piece everything else depends on. The contract covers the CBL-PRO series server and is billed annually.
