REA-L0500 is an optional license for Sony's REA-C1000 Edge Analytics Appliance that adds focus area crop, letting the appliance automatically identify and crop in on the active area of a wide source shot - a whiteboard, a demo table, a presenter moving around a stage - without an operator manually reframing.

It's a one-time, perpetual purchase applied to the licensed REA-C1000 unit, rounding out the same REA-L0### license family as PTZ auto tracking, closeup and chromakey-less extraction for a facility building a fully automated capture room.
