sE Electronics sE8 Omni Capsule (Matched Pair)

These are the interchangeable omnidirectional heads for the sE8 small-diaphragm true condenser, sold as a factory-matched pair. An omni capsule removes proximity effect and off-axis colouration, so a pair of cardioid sE8s can be converted for orchestral and ensemble work, choral recording, and room or overhead capture where you want a three-dimensional image.

Each capsule carries an ultra-thin gold-sputtered diaphragm and is hand-crafted at the sE factory. They fit any sE8 body.
