sE Electronics V7 MG Replacement Microphone Grille
The V7 MG is the replacement grille for the V7 family. A dented grille is the usual casualty of a touring vocal mic, and this is a part rather than a repair: it unscrews and the new one goes on, with a fresh internal windscreen supplied in the same package.
The grille is spring steel, which is what makes the original dent-resistant and corrosion-free. It is also the cheapest way to change the look of a V7, since the grille is available in the same finishes as the microphones.
