Rode Broadcaster Condenser Microphone
The Broadcaster is an end-address large-diaphragm condenser built for the announce booth and the on-air studio. Its HF2 one-inch capsule with gold-plated diaphragm delivers the warm, authoritative voice sound broadcasters expect, and the tight cardioid pattern keeps room reflections and off-axis noise out of the signal. A switchable voice-tailored low-cut filter tames proximity boom when the talent works in close.
An internal pop shield and the mic's own capsule shock mounting reduce plosives and stand-borne rumble, and a bright on-air indicator ring shows when the channel is live. It runs on 24V or 48V phantom power over a 3-pin XLR output and ships with the RM2 stand mount and a zippered carry bag, backed by a 10-year warranty.
