Panasonic AW-UB Series 4K Multi-Purpose Box Camera
The AW-UB10 and AW-UB50 are Panasonic\'s box-style 4K cameras built to sit behind a lens rather than inside a PTZ head, aimed at productions that want interchangeable-lens image quality integrated into a Panasonic camera system. The AW-UB10P runs a Micro Four Thirds sensor and mount for a compact, lighter kit, while the AW-UB50P steps up to a full-frame L-mount sensor for shallower depth of field and stronger low-light performance.
Both record 4K MP4 or MOV in H.264/H.265, capture in V-Log for wide dynamic range grading, and output over 3G-SDI or HDMI, with PoE+ networking and USB-C rounding out connectivity. Because they share a control and integration path with Panasonic\'s AW-series PTZ cameras, a system integrator can mix box cameras and PTZ heads on one production without a second control ecosystem.
