The 500510 splits one HDMI 2.1 source to two displays at the full 48Gbps FRL rate, so 8K/60 or 4K/120 content reaches both outputs unchanged. HDCP 2.3 sources stay protected, and Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio pass through intact.

Automatic EDID management and HDR-to-SDR conversion mean a display that cannot handle the source's native HDR or 8K signal still gets a usable picture instead of no picture, which is the usual failure mode of a cheaper splitter on mismatched displays.
