Martin Audio SXHF218 Dual 18" Flyable Hybrid Horn/Reflex Subwoofer

SXHF218 is the flyable build of the SXH218 Hybrid horn subwoofer. The acoustic package is the same, two 18" neodymium drivers on 4.5" voice coils delivering 148dB peak from 32Hz with 107dB sensitivity, but the cabinet is engineered to hang from the WPLGRIDt touring flying frame alongside WPL, which is how you get sub energy up at the same height as the array rather than only from the deck.

It works forward-facing for an omnidirectional pattern or rear-facing in pairs for a flown or ground-stacked directional array. Construction is multi-laminate ply in RAL 9005 textured black with a perforated steel grille, IP21 rated and MIL-STD-810H tested, with front and rear LEDs. Four 100mm castors, base skids, mating top channels and six bar handles ship as standard, and an SXHF218TC transit cover is available. Weight is 144kg, 147.5kg with castors.
