Martin Audio ADORN ACS-55T 5.25" Ceiling Speaker

The ACS-55T is the full-depth 5.25" ADORN ceiling speaker, the one to specify when the plenum has room and the programme material has bass in it. The 192mm backcan and ported reflex loading take the response to 98Hz within 3dB with a -10dB point at 62Hz, so music in a bar or restaurant keeps its bottom end without a subwoofer under every table.

A coated paper cone with a rubber surround handles the low end and a 0.75" silk dome covers the top, crossing at 3kHz with auto-resetting fuses on both sections. Coverage is 150 degrees conical to 7kHz. It is 16 ohm rated at 50W AES with 70V taps at 30, 15, 7.5 and 3.75W and 100V taps at 30, 15 and 7.5W. The UL 94V-0 ABS baffle and zinc-plated steel backcan come with two tile rails, a C-ring backing plate and a cut-out template, and the ceramic in and link connector sits behind a fire-retardant steel cover.
