Audio-Technica U855QL
The U855QL is a cardioid dynamic gooseneck microphone built for talk-back, paging, and dispatch in entertainment, commercial, and industrial rooms. Its dynamic capsule is rugged and needs no phantom power, and its frequency response is tailored for intelligible speech where ambient noise runs high.
The cardioid pattern with a 120-degree acceptance angle focuses on the operator and rejects noise from the sides and rear. An easy-to-adjust gooseneck aims the low-profile element, and a 3-pin XLRM connector at the base plugs straight into any XLRF surface jack or mic cable for a clean, quick-mount install. A built-in screen reduces wind noise and popping when the mic is worked close.
