AJA FiberST-1TX-12G 12G-SDI Single-Mode ST Fiber Transmitter SFP

This is the ST-connector transmit optic for AJA's 12G-SDI Mini-Converters: it plugs into the SFP cage of a 12G-AM, 12G-AMA, HA5-12G or OG-HA5-12G and sends one channel of 12G-SDI down single-mode fibre for up to 10 km. The ST bayonet locks in place, which is why it is still the connector of choice in plants and trucks where a cable can get knocked.

It transmits at a nominal 1310 nm with -5 dBm to 2 dBm of optical power, and carries every rate from SD to 12G-SDI per SMPTE 297, 259, 292, 424, 2081 and 2082. Pair it with the FiberST-1RX-12G at the far end, or with any single-mode 12G receiver that accepts 1310 nm.
