YoloBox YoloLiv 18mm F1.4 Micro Four Thirds Lens

This is YoloLiv's 18mm F1.4 prime for the Micro Four Thirds mount, built as the standard lens for the YoloCam S7. The f/1.4 aperture is the reason to own it: it gathers enough light to keep a dim room usable without pushing gain, and it drops the background into a soft, smooth blur that separates a presenter from whatever is behind them. Optically it runs 7 elements in 7 groups with a nano multi-layer coating to hold down flare and ghosting, and 7 aperture blades keep the out-of-focus rendering round as you stop down through the F1.4 to F22 range.

Focus works in both auto and manual, driven by a stepper motor that moves quietly and precisely rather than hunting audibly through a take. It focuses to 0.19 m for a 0.1x maximum magnification, takes 46 mm filters at a 0.75 mm pitch, and measures 63 mm across by 73.7 mm long. YoloLiv lists it as currently compatible with the YoloCam S7 only. Sold as a lens only.
