The HBL2815 is a Hubbell four pole five wire three-phase 30 A 120/208 V AC Y-type twist-lock NEMA L21-30R Insulgrip grounding flanged inlet, in white nylon with brass blades and #10-32 brass screw terminals.

It is back wired, which is what makes it practical to install in the face of a distro box, and mounting screws are included. It is UL 498 listed, rated HB or better per UL94 and CSA 22.2 No. 0.17, IP20 for moisture, and rated from -40 to 75 C in impact-resistant thermoplastic.
