Telex WP-1Wall Plate 3-Pin XLR

The WP-1 is a single-channel metal wall plate that brings an intercom drop out to a fixed point in a room. It presents one 3-pin male XLR connector so a beltpack, speaker station, or headset station can plug into the RTS TW two-wire line without a cable snaking back to the rack. In a multi-room or multi-floor install it is the tidy, permanent alternative to a coil of mic cable at every position.

The plate is entirely passive, so there is nothing to power and nothing to fail: it simply lands the two-wire channel on a panel-mounted connector. It suits theaters, houses of worship, studios, and control rooms that need clean intercom access built into the wall.
