Switchblade VMC Series vMix Control Surfaces
A control surface is what separates a production system from a computer running production software, and the VMC range covers 8 to 48 channels. The VMC24 is the largest: 24 cross-points with a shift key for another 24, dedicated sub-mix and mix buttons, four DSK buttons, a PTZ joystick, a heavy-duty T-bar and clip playback controls, all powered from a single USB cable to the host switcher.
The VMC20 carries 20 channels of program and preview with a customisable OLED display per channel, a shift function for another 20, and an N-Keys section of 20 assignable buttons; it talks to vMix over USB or to Blackmagic ATEM switchers over LAN. VMC12 PLUS folds three devices into one - a 12-channel panel, a PTZ joystick with preset buttons, and four HDMI capture inputs with HDMI out and two USB 3.0 ports. VMC12 RACK puts the 12-channel panel and the PTZ joystick in a 1U rackmount drawer. Most VMC surfaces also drive TriCaster and OBS.
