Sony UWP-D22 Wireless Handheld System (UC25)

The UWP-D22 turns any interview or stage into a wireless setup with a single handheld. It bundles the UTX-M40 handheld transmitter, whose cardioid capsule rejects off-axis noise and stage bleed, with the URX-P40 camera-mount receiver. Sony backs the analog UHF link with digital audio processing, so the voice stays clear and full whether it is a reporter's stand-up or a presenter working a room.

NFC sync pairs the mic and receiver instantly, true diversity keeps reception solid on the move, and 2,772 selectable UHF frequencies across a 72 MHz band make it easy to coordinate multiple channels. This UC25 kit tunes 536-608 MHz. The UTX-M40 runs up to eight hours on two AA batteries with switchable 5/30 mW RF output, and the system ships with the handheld transmitter, URX-P40 receiver, and mounting accessories.
