Shure SLXD14 DL4
The SLXD14/DL4 is Shure's SLX-D wireless lavalier system paired with the DuraPlex DL4, an IP57-rated waterproof subminiature omnidirectional lavalier that shrugs off sweat, humidity, and dust in lecture halls, theaters, and houses of worship. The DL4 clips on the SLXD1 bodypack transmitter and sends transparent 24-bit audio with 118 dB of dynamic range over a rock-solid RF link, so a presenter can move freely without dropouts or gain-riding.
The SLXD4 half-rack receiver scans for an open frequency and deploys it to the transmitter over IR, supporting up to 10 compatible systems in a 6 MHz band. The bodypack runs up to 8 hours on two AA cells or moves to the optional SB903 rechargeable battery for a runtime readout in hours and minutes. The system ships with two AA batteries, two 1/4-wave antennas, two BNC bulkhead adapters, two BNC cables, power supply, rack mount kit, and a zippered bag, and is offered in the G58, H55, and J52 frequency bands.
